Spinach Salad with Ginger DressingReturn to Spinach Recipes Index
Method: Combine the vinegar, ginger, curry powder, Tabasco, salt and pepper (to taste) in a small bowl with a whisk. Slowly stir in the oil until the mixture is well-blended. Cover and chill until ready to use. In a large bowl, tear the spinach and romaine into bite-sized pieces. Add the onion, toss with the vinaigrette (reserve a little for the apples) and place on individual salad plates. Toss the apple slices in the vinaigrette and then place on top of individual salads. Sprinkle with raisins and pecans and serve at once. Your Spinach Salad with Ginger Dressing is now ready to eat. |
