Spinach and Sausage QuicheReturn to Spinach Recipes Index
Method: Bake pie shell for 8 minutes at 400 degrees F. In a skillet, brown and thoroughly cook sausage; drain well. Sprinkle the hard-boiled eggs in the bottom of the pie shell. Top with sausage and cheeses. In a small bowl, beat the eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over pie. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 30-35 minutes or until set. Let your Spinach and Sausage Quiche stand about 10 minutes before cutting. |
