Ohio Spinach Salad

• Ingredients:
• 2 10 ounce bags fresh spinach
• 1 can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
• 1 can bean sprouts, drained
• 8 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
• 8 hard-boiled eggs, chopped

• Dressing:
• 1 cup olive oil
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1/3 cup ketchup
• 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire
• 1 medium sweet onion, minced

Wash and clean spinach; drain well.

4 - 6 hours before serving, put spinach in a serving bowl and add the bacon, water chestnuts, and bean sprouts. Sprinkle 1/2 of the dressing over the salad, but DO NOT TOSS TOGETHER.

Just before serving, add the eggs and the remainder of the dressing.

Toss gently and your Ohio Spinach Salad will now be serve.
