Easy Spinach Dip

  • Ingredients:
  • 1 envelope dry vegetable soup mix, beef variety ( i.e. Lipton's)
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 (10 oz.) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry

Method:

Combine all ingredients in medium bowl; chill.

Serve with assorted crackers, chips or fresh veggies.

Makes about 3 cups of Easy Spinach Dip.
