Creamy Spinach Onion Dip

  • Ingredients:
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 10 oz. package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup minced fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup diced green onions
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

Method:

Combine cottage cheese and lemon juice in a blender or food processor; blend until smooth.

Add remaining ingredients; process just until combined.

Refrigerate until you are ready to serve your delicious Creamy Spinach Onion Dip.
