Cheesy Spinach Quiches

• Ingredients:
• 3 sheets rolled puffed pastry
• 4oz grated tasty cheese
• 4 shredded large spinach leaves
• 1/2 finely chopped onion
• 1 whole egg
• 1/8th cup of cream
• 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
• 1 tablespoon well ground mustard
• Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

Use a pastry cutter to cut the pastry into 2 1/2 inch rounds, then press into shallow patty-cake tins.

Combine all remaining ingredients thoroughly, then apportion them equally into the pastries.

Bake at 400 degrees F for around 20 minutes. Serve fresh from the oven.

Makes approximately twelve party-sized cheesy spinach quiches.
